ARE YOU THE LEAD DOOR ASSEMBLER OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Fluency in English, ability to both read and speak
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Physical stamina to stand and lift heavy objects
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to understand schematics, technical manuals, templates, and blueprints
• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16" and calculate basic fractions
• Ability to confirm assigned components have been set on doors as identified by the project
• Ability to work overtime hours

Your day begins with preparing and receiving parts for door assemblies, ensuring every component matches the project's specifications. With precision, you position and align parts using hoists, templates, or manual techniques. You carefully inspect materials for defects and assemble complex pieces with specialized tools and equipment, such as wiring harnesses. By conducting quality checks and performing continuity tests, you guarantee the finished product meets the highest standards. Collaboration with your team and adherence to safety protocols keep the process smooth and efficient.
