Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in plumbing (residential service required, commercial service a plus)
• Proficiency in service, new installs and retrofits
• Ability to read blueprints and follow layout instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of building codes and plumbing regulations
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions

Job Responsibilities

• Handle both residential and commercial service calls
• Diagnose plumbing problems accurately, think through solutions, and make sound repairs
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently and effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation plans
• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, sinks, toilets, gas lines, and other plumbing systems
• Perform new installations, service work, and retrofits
• Use power tools, saws, cutters, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Identify plumbing issues, determine their cause, and implement effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with building codes and regulations
