Team Leadership

• Listen attentively to both team and customer concerns empathetically, addressing issues quickly
• Ability to lead and direct teams in a positive and direct way in highly chaotic situations; ensure goals and service standards are met
• Solicit and act on feedback

Requirements

• 6 months - 2 years of leadership experience leading teams of 10+ team members and trainers
• Strong sense of personal accountability and desire for development
• Available to work flexible work schedules
• Familiarity with talent management process
• Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
• Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster engaging culture
• Desire to meet key company objectives

Job Type: Part-Time
Restaurant Type:

• Quick service & fast-food restaurant

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Incentive Pay:

• In addition to hourly pay, Shift Managers can potentially earn up to $300/month in bonus pay (performance-based KPIs)
