Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Director

An exceptional hospital in the Tucson area is seeking a new Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Director. The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Director will join an organization with a stellar reputation in the community and across the West Coast.

The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will be supported by two managers and several experienced charge nurses. They will lead a dedicated team in a busy department equipped with cutting-edge technology and a patient-centric approach.

The role involves ensuring that the care provided by all staff is both efficient and thorough, keeping staff updated with best practices, and adhering to hospital guidelines. The director will work closely with the Medical Director and physicians to achieve optimal operational and clinical efficiency, aligning with the hospital's standards and values. Additionally, the director will have the opportunity to develop their team through education and quality improvement initiatives.
