Setting: 100% onsite

Compensation: $120k - $130k + 10% targeted bonus + 3 weeks PTO + 401k match (4% matching)

Overview

A growing, data-driven organization is seeking a Manager of Pricing to support the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and align with broader business objectives. This role partners cross‑functionally to implement pricing initiatives, support system adoption, and ensure pricing accuracy and governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing utilization of a pricing optimization and management platform to enable dynamic pricing strategies
• Assist with pricing initiatives including price optimization, market and competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
• Conduct regular pricing reviews to assess effectiveness of pricing structures and identify improvement opportunities
• Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to execute pricing actions aligned with business goals
• Maintain pricing governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with internal policies
• Monitor pricing system performance, ensuring data accuracy and identifying opportunities to enhance outputs and processes
• Support senior pricing leadership with analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the pricing function as needed
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to support data integrations, reporting, and analytics related to pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
• 4–6 years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue management, or a related analytical function
• Hands-on experience conducting pricing analyses and delivering data-backed recommendations
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Working knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau; exposure to Python or R preferred
