Care Associate
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Assist with errands and appointments as required
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow care plans and safety guidelines
- Previous caregiving, personal care, or home care experience preferred (not always required)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- CPR/First Aid a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible scheduling
- Supportive and respectful work environment
- Meaningful one-on-one care (not facility-based)
