Job Title: Painter

Looking for body shop painting experience but also open to industrial painting experience

Mon to Thursday 4 10 schedule

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of industrial spray painting experience.
• 3+ years of lead experience, including paint preparation and production.
• Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, and the ability to manage projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, durable finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental controls, and PPE requirements in industrial painting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a lead role, even if from a different skill set, is acceptable as long as painting skills are present.
• Ability to complete performance evaluations and conduct real-time coaching conversations.
• Capable of training new hires.

Work Environment

The role requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed, and climb portable ladders. The use of Personal Protection Equipment is required. This position requires good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination. The work environment is inclusive and diversity-friendly, supporting career advancement and personal growth.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mesa,AZ.
