What are we Offering:
This is a 1099-Independant Contractor position with a 25% shared revenue split and additional bonus incentives for driving new client bookings and Spa Membership sign-ups. Our treatment and services pricing ranges from $375 to $1800 per hour, offering the potential to achieve income earnings much higher than the National Average Salary for Aestheticians. We are seeking a skilled, motivated, dual-licensed professional to join our dynamic team of Beauty & Wellness Associates and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and healing who will bring an existing client base with them to immediately begin recognizing their personal revenue stream while providing their clientele with exceptional care and service. As an Infinite Soul Treatment Provider, you will be responsible for providing consultative health & wellness planning along with high-quality treatments and follow up care while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for your clients.

Applicant Requirements:

• Agree to a Background Check
• Candidates MUST possess a strong understanding and proficiency of at least one or more of the following: Morpheus 8 Face & Body System Micro-needing with RF (radio frequency), HIFU 22D Max Face & Body System (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound), Emsculpt Body Sculpting System, Cryolipolysis Fat Reduction System (Fat freezing), and/or medical grade PEMF System (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy).
• Have valid Arizona State dual-licensing as an Aesthetician AND either a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) or Cosmetologist.
• Maintain your own professional liability insurance.
• Familiarity with VAGARO salon software system is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care and safety.
• Follow precise machine operating protocol in order to prevent serious injury to yourself/clients and avoid machine breakage and/or equipment damages.
• Ability to work flexible hours, possibly including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Capability to promote yourself and develop a book of business/loyal following to quickly fill your calendar with client appointments.
