**Job Title: Industrial Sewing Operator, Seamstress, Costurera - Se Habla Español**
**Job Description**
This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sewing and precision craftsmanship. The role involves sewing large panels, including NFL flags, using a Juki sewing machine. The largest piece you will work on as part of a team is 58 inches long and consists of 27 panels. Your work will include producing, repairing, altering, and adding to finished goods such as personal protective equipment and banners. You will also support the Decor Department as necessary to meet company objectives.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a Juki sewing machine to sew large panels.
+ Assist in the production of large and high quantity orders.
+ Work with a variety of sewing machines and stitch applications, including Single Needle, Double Needle, and Surge sewing machines.
+ Follow established patterns and specifications, creating new ones as necessary.
+ Perform repairs and alterations, adding accessory items to personal protective equipment.
+ Meet quick turnaround times on a daily and weekly basis.
+ Use handheld hardware and tools as needed.
+ Assist with material inventory counts.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with sewing on various industrial sewing machines, including single needle, double needle, and Surge machines.
+ Prior work history with heavy fabric and hardware.
+ Proficiency in cut, measure, and grommet techniques.
+ Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to lift and handle elements weighing up to 30 pounds.
+ Capability to stand for long periods.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 100% Spanish speaking is acceptable, as translators are available on site.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a fully air-conditioned environment on the first shift from Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. We are also open to candidates willing to work the second shift, with potential additional pay. The dress code is casual, with plain shirts, shorts, or pants, and short sleeves are acceptable. Offensive tattoos must be covered. 100% Spanish speaking is acceptable, as translators are available on site.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
