Work From Anywhere - Travel Client Support Role
Axiora SJ is a travel agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized travel experiences. We pride ourselves on providing reliable, efficient, and client-focused service, supporting travelers throughout every stage of their journey.
We are currently seeking Travel Advisors who are organized, proactive, and customer-oriented to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning, including flights, hotels, vacation packages, and experiences
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and itinerary details
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels (chat, email, phone)
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and needs
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Stay up to date with destinations, travel trends, and industry promotions
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and platforms
- Interest in the travel and tourism industry
- Previous experience in sales, tourism, or customer service is a plus (not required)
