Job Title: Account Development Representative Location: Goodyear, AZ (On-site) Schedule: Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-11am (flexible) Pay: $23-$24.50/hr | Contract-to-Hire 90 Day Contract-to-hire - Will switch from hourly to salary once converted. Commissions can be had while on temp to hire status! Responsibilities: - Make outbound sales calls to auto shops. - Manage high-volume, short sales cycles. - Communicate product benefits clearly. - Track leads and progress in CRM. - Collaborate with your team to hit goals. Qualifications: + Strong communication and phone skills. + Self-motivated and goal-oriented. + Telesales or inside sales experience + preferred. + Comfortable with CRM tools. + 4-year degree preferred but not required.
