Maleko Personnel is hiring for a Warehouse Invoice Specialist in the phoenix area!

1st shift position 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $18+ DOE

Resume and interview required

Back office duties:

· Checking in delivery drivers and assisting with any questions they may have

· Reviewing and editing invoices

· Answering call and emails in timely manner

· Assisting with general warehouse duties

Requirements:

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel (1-2 years Exp)

· Processing and editing invoices

· Previous warehouse experience

· Previous Custer service experience

· Experience using Microsoft office

MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH, ENGLISH)
