We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join a fast?paced manufacturing team. This role involves preparing, coating, and finishing a variety of parts while maintaining high-quality standards. Prior painting experience using a sprayer or powder coating experience is essential.

Powder Coating Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )
- Perform all steps of the powder coating process, including: Pretreating, cleaning, masking, priming, and powder coating various parts
- Load parts efficiently to maximize line capacity
- Adjust hanging patterns as needed
- Place color tags for paint/color changes
- Apply plugs, tape, and masking materials to parts
- Sand and correct parts as needed
- Operate spraying equipment safely and effectively
Powder Coating Qualifications:
- Experience using a paint sprayer
- Powder coating experience
- Ability to work in a fast?paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
