Manufacturing Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Saturday from 05:00am to 12:00am )

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specification and quality requirements.
• Package products and accurately record all required production information.
• Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble, and label materials according to established work instructions.
• Safely operate side wrappers, pallet jacks, and other basic material-handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and operational needs.

Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:

• General understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and equipment operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and departmental procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math, counting, and measurements accurately.
• Ability to use basic hand-held measuring tools. Steel-toed boots required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
