Overview: Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Human Resources Assistant (HRA) Full Time, Monday - Friday At Select Specialty/Regency Hospitals, a division of Select Medical, we care for chronically and critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital care. Select Medical employs over 48,000 people across the country and provides quality care to approximately 70,000 patients each and every day across our four divisions. Responsibilities: We are looking for valued employees who will be Champions of the Select Medical Way, which includes putting the patient first, helping to improve quality of life for the community in which you live and work, continuing to develop and explore new ideas, providing high-quality care and doing well by doing what is right. As an HR Assistant, you will report to the HR Manager and you will be responsible for the clerical and secretarial duties of the Human Resources department, as well as, provide additional support to Administration/CEO and other departments, as needed. - Clerical responsibilities, such as typing, filing, compiling records.
- You must have word processing skills and the ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely fashion.
Qualifications: Successful employees are inventive problem solvers who thrive in a dynamic environment. Minimum requirements: - Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications that will make you successful: - College courses are preferred.
- Prior experience in a healthcare facility is also preferred.
