This is a hybrid role in working in office at least Tuesday-Thursday

Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring an Administrative Assistant. This position will support the Executive Leadership Team in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. The candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives on managing multiple tasks efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to finance and facilities teams.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with clarity and professionalism
  • Prepare, format, and proofread internal and external documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with event coordination and logistics
  • Support project teams by tracking deadlines and deliverables
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of business operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Discretion with handling confidential information
