Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative (Spanish-English) – Remote
Location: Remote (Available to residents of TX, NM, and AZ only)
Compensation:
$16/hour while studying for your insurance license
Increased base pay plus performance-based bonuses after licensure
Overview
TTEC is looking for Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representatives who are fluent in both English and Spanish. In this remote position, you’ll receive paid training to become a licensed healthcare insurance agent. Once licensed, you’ll assist customers in understanding their health plan options and guide them to the best solutions based on their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
Before Licensure (Training Phase):
Participate in a company-paid training program to prepare for your state insurance exam
Study and complete required coursework during paid hours
After Licensure:
Help customers understand their coverage options and make informed choices
Provide full-service customer support and sales via inbound and outbound calls
Respond to customer questions with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or plan upgrades
Support sales conversions and retention efforts
Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience
High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Self-motivated, organized, and able to study independently
Commitment to following HIPAA and patient privacy standards
