Tax Manager – Remote | Public Accounting Firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements (corps, partnerships, HNW individuals)

• Deliver strategic tax planning and identify tax-saving opportunities

• Review complex returns and research technical issues

• Act as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships

• Mentor and develop junior staff

• Stay current on tax law changes and ensure compliance

• Contribute to business development efforts

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA required

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Tax a plus)

• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax

• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes

• Proficiency in tax software (CCH, ProSystem, UltraTax, etc.)

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
