Location: Anthem, New River, and North Phoenix, Arizona
Job Type: Full-Time | Benefits Eligible
Dependable Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team serving the Anthem, New River, and North Phoenix communities .
This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a consistent caseload within a defined service area, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and report changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and family members on disease management and care needs
Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations
Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
Qualifications
Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Home health experience preferred but not required
