We’re Hiring: Energetic Pediatric Dental Assistant – Pediatric Dental Office (Mesa, AZ)

Are you a skilled, upbeat, and compassionate dental assistant who loves working with kids? Our growing pediatric dental office in Mesa, Arizona is looking for a motivated Dental Assistant who enjoys being part of a supportive team and wants to learn, grow, and build a career in pediatric dentistry.

We are looking for someone who brings great energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Experience in pediatrics is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn, and improve every day.

Position: Dental Assistant
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Part-time to start ( approximately 20-25 hours/week ) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position (30 to 40 hours/week ) in our growing and expanding pediatric practice.

Qualifications:

• Coronal Polish Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Arizona Dental Assistant Certification
• X-ray and CPR certified
• 1+ years of dental assisting experience is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent communication skills and able to work well with others
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• A friendly, patient, and child-focused demeanor
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Experience working with children (daycare, preschool, nannying, teaching, etc.) is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform coronal polishing (cleanings) and preventative care for children, helping create a positive dental experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist the pediatric dentist during procedures (including sedation cases)
• Take and process radiographs and impressions
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Ensure efficient patient flow and assist in scheduling coordination
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment
• Bring positive energy to the office and help children feel comfortable during their visitsAbout Us:
