As a General Manager you would be responsible for restaurant operations and report to the Area Manager. You will oversee both front of house and back of house operations and be responsible for making sure that Native Grill & Wings food and service standards are adhered to at all times. Job Responsibilities - General Manager
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet guest demands.
- Lead and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high morale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and manage budgets, including labor costs, supplies, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and operational standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold brand standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare and present management reports and updates to senior leadership.
Job Requirements - General Manager
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation
- Experience with performance management and staff development
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology tools
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
