Compensation: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE)

We are expanding our high-energy clinical team and looking for an autonomous, certified Dental Assistant who is ready to deliver a 5-star, comfortable, and efficient experience to our loyal patient base.

Your Impact as a Clinical Partner:

• Comprehensive Chairside Assisting: Seamlessly anticipate the needs of Dr. Kleiner across general, cosmetic, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures.

• Advanced Diagnostics: Capture high-quality, precise digital radiographs to support accurate treatment planning.

• Patient Advocacy & Care: Greet patients warmly, alleviate clinical anxieties, and guide them clearly through post-operative education.

• Sterilization & Flow Master: Maintain impeccable infection control standards, manage instrument sterilization, and execute efficient room turnovers to keep the practice running on time.

What We're Looking For:

• Certifications: Valid Arizona Dental Radiography/X-Ray Certification is strictly required .

• Experience: Prior experience with chairside general dentistry is required. Experience or familiarity with specialty workflows (Oral Surgery, Implants, or Endodontics) is highly preferred.

• The Vibe: A reliable professional with a team-first attitude, excellent communication skills, and a naturally warm chairside manner.

• Language Asset: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but not required!
