Home Health Registered Nurses Needed Maricopa, AZ

Registered Nurses (RN) | Part-Time | Per Diem | PRN

Billet Health is expanding, and we're looking for compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health team in the Maricopa area.

We provide personalized home health services through a 9-week episode of care, focusing on exceptional clinical outcomes while creating meaningful patient relationships.

As new patients are admitted to service, our staffing team will contact you regarding available visits.

Responsibilities

• Complete Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), recertifications, and skilled nursing visits
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary care team
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care needs
• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Physical
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid TB documentation:
  • Skin test within 1 year OR
  • Chest X-ray within 5 years

Training Requirement

One full week of home health training availability required (MondayFriday).
