As our Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth across our diverse service offerings from high-performance transmission rebuilds to custom fabrication projects and racing support. You will be the face of Tier One Transmissions, representing our commitment to excellence and our deep understanding of the performance automotive world.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory and customer segments.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, including performance shops, race teams, individual enthusiasts, and custom builders.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on our comprehensive range of transmission rebuild services, racing support, and custom fabrication capabilities.
• Present compelling sales proposals and quotations , effectively communicating the value proposition of Tier One's expertise and quality.
• Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure accurate product knowledge and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the performance automotive market.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
• Represent Tier One Transmissions at industry events, trade shows, and races to build brand awareness and generate leads.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, performance parts, or related industry.
• A strong understanding of performance transmissions, racing, and/or custom fabrication. Passion for the automotive world is a must!
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You can build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• A hunter mentality with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Technical knowledge of transmission systems and automotive mechanics.
• Experience selling custom fabrication services.
