We are seeking a positive and dependable person with great communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to join our team!
Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Establishes and Maintains relationships with General Contractors and Suppliers, Supporting the Project Manager & Office Manager with Specific Project Requests
- Issue and Track Purchase Orders
- Coordinate and Maintain Spreadsheets
- Assisting the Estimator (Preparing/E-Mailing/Following-Up on Quotes/Substitution Requests/Non-ACI Product Submittals)
- Scheduling and Updating the Installation Schedule
- General Administrative Functions Including: Back-Up of Incoming Calls, Reading/Sending E-Mails, Photocopying, Scanning, Faxing, etc.
Qualifications:
- Computer Skills ~ Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Google: Docs/Spreadsheets/Calendar
- Construction Industry Knowledge Helpful, But Not Mandatory
- Deadline and Detail-Oriented
- Punctual and Dependable
