SALARY

$90,000–$135,000 annually, depending on experience, plus quarterly performance bonuses.

JOB SUMMARY

Our client, a growing multi-state plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its pre-litigation team. This attorney will manage personal injury cases from initial evaluation through settlement, including client communication, medical-record review, demand preparation, and negotiations with insurance carriers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and case viability.
• Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Review medical records, bills, accident reports, and supporting evidence.
• Prepare demand packages, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
• One to three years of legal experience preferred.
• Personal injury, bodily injury, civil litigation, or insurance-defense experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and case-management software.
