Position Summary:

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with pediatric experience, to join our team as an Independent Contractor on a part-time, flexible basis. This is an ideal role for someone looking to supplement their current position, re-enter the workforce, or maintain work-life balance.

This position would be great for someone who lives in the West Valley as 90% of visits occur in Verrado and the surrounding West Valley area.

Responsibilities:

- Provide in-home pediatric care for patients aged 0–18

- Perform evaluation and treatment for common illnesses (cough, cold, fever, rash, sore throat, etc.)

- Prescribe medications when necessary

- Conduct school and sports physicals

- Perform well-child checks (primary care for members)

- Communicate with families with empathy and clarity

-Communicate and collaborate with pediatric team

- Optional: Provide low acuity care to adult patients (not required)

- We are seeking someone to cover Monday through Thursday but hours and days can be flexible. Coverage on occasional weekends during Pediatrician vacations and illnesses.

Requirements:

- Clean, current, and unencumbered Arizona license (PA or NP)

- BLS certification (PALS preferred)

- Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willingness to obtain)

- Pediatric experience is required but training/support available for the right candidate

- Comfortable traveling locally to patient homes in the West Valley area (safety measures are in place).

- Reliable transportation and professional presence.

Preferred:

- Lives in or near Verrado / Goodyear / Buckeye / Litchfield Park

- Experience in urgent care, primary care, or home visits

- Interest in holistic, family-centered care models
