Administrative Assistant
Based in Tucson, AZ
IAM Local 933 is seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position handles a variety of general clerical and administrative tasks that help keep the union office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Basic clerical and receptionist duties
- Typing, data entry, and computer work
- Preparing mailings and maintaining lists
- Assisting with membership and office records
- Supporting routine financial and reporting tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn other proprietary software
- Able to work independently and with others
- Prior office experience with a labor organization or non-profit preferred.
Note
- Duties may vary and can include additional tasks as needed.
- Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.00 an hour.
