Sre Engineer

**Must be able to work on TEKsystems W2, NO C2C**

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a true Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a focus on automation and observability

Provide L3 support and SRE services for a wide range of products within the client’s cloud environment

Handle incidents escalated from L1 & L2 teams:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues

Determine if the problem is application/customer-related or platform-related

Escalate platform issues to the engineering team

Required Experience:

• This team is tasked with L3 support and SRE for a wide variety of products within the clients overall cloud environment and their day to day consists of handling incidents that will be raised form the L1 & 2 teams and either fixing them, or can analyze and see if it is an application/ customer problem or if it is a problem with the specific platform that they would then pass to the engineering team to fix.
• Experience managing Terraform and OpenShift platforms
• Financial Services (preferred) or large enterprise experience
• Strong background in automation and observability

Important: Not just as an end user—must have experience managing these platforms

This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $70.00/hr.
