Help Desk Technician
Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping others solve technical issues? We are seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support to internal users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Create, document, and resolve support tickets in the IT ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment deployment
- Document solutions and maintain accurate technical records
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level expectations
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting Active Directory, Azure AD, or Entra ID preferred
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Freshservice
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience supporting printers, VPNs, and remote users
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager
- Remote support tools
- Hardware deployment and imaging
- Multi-site or hybrid workforce support

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional after-hours or on-call support may be required
