This role is essential to meeting financial service goals and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesSell financing and insurance products to customers using the menu selling process.Review and process customer credit applications accurately.Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs.Assess the profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership.Ensure completion of all necessary deal documentation using checklists.Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.Collaborate closely with the sales team.Ensure compliance with financial service regulations and company safeguard programs.Oversee submission and completion of financing documents.Serve as the liaison between customers and lending institutions.Reinforce company policies and promote adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Attend weekly management meetings and maintain effective employee relations.Promote a positive employee and customer experience index (ESI).Work Environment and CultureAt Robert Horne Ford, you will experience a positive work environment that fosters professional development through ongoing training and opportunities for advancement within the organization.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintain a drug-free workplace.
