With over half a century of innovation and a growing global presence, we are looking for a results-driven, creative, and strategic Sales Manager to elevate our brand, drive customer engagement, and boost sales.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute multi-channel sales campaigns to promote our products, events, and training programs
• Contribute to email marketing and social media strategies to drive sales, lead generation, and customer retention
• Analyze sales performance using KPIs and analytics tools to implement data-driven improvements
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging sales strategies to keep Activator at the forefront of chiropractic innovation
• Operate phone services for customer needs

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in sales (minimum 3 years) – background in healthcare REQUIRED
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred and a massive plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to new ideas
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and quickly adjust to a new environment
