Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (Mon–Fri, 3:15 PM - 1:15 AM )

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC Mill machines following company guidelines and safety standards.
• Read and interpret traveler instructions and blueprints.
• Load/unload materials and parts efficiently.
• Perform basic setups and communicate tooling needs.
• Measure and document inspection data and production standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with peers and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years CNC Mill operation and setup experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Skills: - Intermediate knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T.
  • Strong mechanical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in an environment with occasional fumes, odors, and dust.
