Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and resolve a backlog of accounts payable emails and vendor inquiries.

· Process high volumes of invoices and assist with check runs.

· Convert vendors to electronic payments and maintain payment records.

· Prepare annual vendor tax forms and support 1099 processing.

· Assist with accounts payable cleanup projects and process improvements.

· Collaborate with multiple locations in a centralized Shared Services environment.

Requirements:

· Sage Intacct and Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

· Experience processing for multiple locations within the healthcare industry

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
