Part Time Spa Concierge, Receptionist

We are growing rapidly and we are seeking salon and spa professionals to grow with us and help enrich the lives of the seniors we serve throughout our communities by offering exceptional customer service to residents, family members, and employees of the community.
Resident Salon Services is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our Tucson, Arizona Spa/Salon. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and clients.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she/they have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:
- Guest services – Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the spa/salon and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide intra-community communication as requested.
- Administration – Place appointment reminder calls and assist with completing paperwork, and receive supplies and packages. Check in guests for appointments, maintain a clean reception area and assist with spa salon stock/store retail and inventory/ordering. File and keep good records. Maintain office/cleaning supplies. Maintain an organized filing system.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
- Excellent communication and writing skills
