Nunez Law Firm is seeking a high-performance Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for individuals facing criminal charges. This is a conversion-driven role—you are not just answering calls; you are securing clients at critical moments. Core Responsibilities- Client Intake & Conversion
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries
- Conduct structured intakes and identify urgency
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients
- Case Qualification
- Evaluate cases based on firm criteria
- Escalate high-value or time-sensitive matters immediately
- Client Experience
- Communicate with confidence and control in high-stress situations
- Build trust quickly with potential clients and their families
- Operational Execution
- Accurately input data into Filevine (or similar CRM)
- Coordinate consultations and follow-ups
Ideal Candidate
- Background in criminal defense intake, legal intake, or high-ticket sales
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Strong closer mentality — able to guide decisions, not just collect information
- Organized, responsive, and composed under pressure
Compensation
- $60,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
- Performance-based incentives tied directly to signed cases and conversion metrics
