About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Specialist to oversee the social media and marketing efforts for four related companies under shared leadership. This position requires someone who can manage multiple brand identities while maintaining a cohesive overall strategy. You will report directly to one supervisor and collaborate with both business owners to ensure each company’s marketing goals are met. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies for four related brands, ensuring consistent quality and messaging.
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, graphics) tailored to each company’s target audience.
- Plan, schedule, and manage posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build brand communities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics; prepare regular reports on social growth, engagement, and campaign success.
- Collaborate with business owners to align marketing efforts with overall brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with any outside vendors, photographers, or content creators as needed.
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content planning software (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Hootsuite).
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with an eye for visual consistency.
- Self-starter who can manage time effectively and work independently while taking direction from one supervisor.
- Creative, adaptable, and detail oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid social campaigns and ad optimization.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Camtasia).
- Familiarity with local or niche marketing and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
