Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Distribution Jr. Analyst for an opportunity in Tempe, AZ within the banking and consumer lending industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with call center experience, Salesforce knowledge, and advanced Excel skills who enjoys working with data, sales operations, and process accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and distribute inbound and outbound sales leads based on business rules, capacity, performance, and team needs.
- Monitor lead queues to identify aging, unassigned, incomplete, or inaccurate lead records.
- Use Salesforce and lead management tools to maintain accurate lead assignment records and support timely follow-up.
- Create and maintain reporting using advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Partner with Sales Managers and sales teams to resolve lead assignment, routing, workload, and lead-quality issues.
- Support process improvement efforts to improve lead distribution accuracy, efficiency, and overall data integrity.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $24.47 per hour.
- Location: Tempe, AZ.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid after training.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage lead distribution, lead assignment, lead routing, and queue monitoring in a sales or contact center environment.
- Maintain Salesforce/CRM lead records and ensure accurate, timely assignment of inbound and outbound leads.
- Analyze lead volume, workload balance, distribution metrics, and aging reports.
- Create Excel-based reporting to support sales operations and management decision-making.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 to 3 years of call center or contact center experience required.
- Experience with lead distribution, lead assignment, lead routing, or lead management required.
- Hands-on Salesforce or CRM experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in sales operations, customer operations, or contact center operations.
- Experience in merchant services, financial services, banking, or consumer lending.
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives.
- Prior experience supporting sales teams, Sales Managers, or lead management workflows.
