As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team, providing daily supervision and ensuring adherence to high service and productivity standards.
• Assigning tasks to staff and meticulously inspecting their work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicating effectively with guests and employees, both verbally and in writing, addressing inquiries and providing clear guidance.
• Thoroughly inspecting and preparing units to guarantee they are spotless and ready for guest occupancy.
• Assisting in the training and professional development of both new and existing staff members.
• Reporting engineering issues promptly in accordance with established company procedures.
• Responding swiftly to guest requests and follow-ups, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Other duties assigned by leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Over 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Must have basic to intermediate computer skills such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
