Accounting Supervisor

I'm working with a growing company in the HVAC industry that is looking to add an Accounting Supervisor to help lead daily accounting operations and support a strong accounting team.

This isn't a review-from-the-sidelines management role. They're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, helping develop staff, solving problems, and partnering with operations.

A few things they're looking for:

* 5+ years of accounting experience
* 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and GL experience
* AP oversight and vendor management experience
* Budgeting and forecasting exposure
* Positive, team-oriented personality
* Strong tenure and career stability
