Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive company culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience in a corporate or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
