Data Center Material Handler | Phoenix, AZ

Nexeo HR is now hiring Material Handlers to join a high-performing, tech-forward logistics team at a state-of-the-art data center in Phoenix, AZ. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with a clear path to advancement. Upon permanent hire, you'll receive a $1 per hour raise and be considered for lead or supervisory roles within warehouse logistics, RMA operations, or dispatch.

Responsibilities

•Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, ensuring documentation accuracy

•Inspect incoming and outgoing components for damage or discrepancies (visual and physical inspections)

•Track inventory, complete cycle counts, and manage stock levels using RF scanners and inventory software

•Use laser measuring tools to install and align server racks with precision

•Assemble and cable server components and electronic devices per schematics

•Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, straddle stackers, and other material handling equipment

•Maintain 5S standards for cleanliness and organization in the distribution center

•Work closely with logistics, warehouse stockers, and dispatch teams to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

•2+ years in warehouse operations, data center support, or inventory management

•Proficient with inventory systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Excel

•Experience with material handling tools and forklifts strongly preferred

•Capable of lifting 50–100+ lbs and working 10-hour shifts on your feet

•Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

•High school diploma or GED

•Must pass a 10-year national background check and drug screening

•Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed

Pay

$19.50 – $20.50 per hour (DOE)

•$1.00 raise after permanent hire

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Must be available for weekday and Saturday overtime as required
