Job Summary
COME JOIN OUR FIRST LOCATION IN ARIZONA, IN SURPRISE!
Rainbow Cone is looking for energetic, hardworking leaders to help provide a fun,
welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart from all other ice cream shops. As a team
lead, you will take on responsibilities assigned by your manager to ensure day to day
operations run smoothly. Our goal will be to help you develop necessary skills to
become a successful manager.

Job Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate a plus
Ability to effectively communicate, whether written or verbally
Must be at least 18 years old*
Current food handler’s card preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Prior cashier experience a plus
Flexibility of hours
Customer service skills
Reliable Transportation is a must

Core Responsibilities
Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service.
Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, encouraging the guest to
return again to generate repeat business.
Enforce a clean and tidy work environment.
Ensure the team has what they need to succeed by keeping our shop stocked and
ready for any rush of customers
Create a culture of hospitality that inspires our team to take care of each other and
uphold product quality standards.
Training new employees
Building up and breaking down vendor stands for event

Requirements
Serv Safe Certification
Special Event Food Vendor Certification (Can be obtained anytime)
Summer Festival Food Vendor Certification (Can only be obtained for the Summer
Season)
Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Ability to drive company vehicles including a straight truck
Ability to drive automatic transmission vehicles
Ability to work on one’s feet for extended periods of time
Ability to scoop ice cream for extended periods of time
Must be able to work well with a team– we’re all about teamwork!
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent communication skills, this includes listening & following
directions
Must have a positive attitude, no matter what!

Comments
We will be opening on March 30th
We will hold a required orientation Saturday Morning March 21st for all new team
members joining our team
All team members will be required to work the morning of evening of March 23-March
28th , we can be flexible each day on what shift you choose, during this week their
will be hands on training
We will host interviews for these positions starting March 9th at our Surprise location
