**Description**
**Leidos** is seeking an ambitious and outgoing **Residential Technical Reviewer** to support the **Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program** . The Residential Technical Reviewer position works with a cross-functional team to promote, develop, and implement the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Programs.
**Location:**

**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Review Energy Efficiency project proposals to ensure energy efficiency requirements are upheld and savings claims are accurate.
+ Maintain working knowledge of the Illinois Technical Reference Manual and associated energy efficiency concepts.
+ Coordinate with field staff and program allies to support Energy Efficiency projects from proposal to completion.
+ Provide technical support and guidance to all business partners as needed.
**Required Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's of Science degree and 1+ years of relative experience within energy efficiency, engineering, construction, or related technical fields. 4+ years of experience is preferred.
+ Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
+ Experience working with contractors, distributors, or Program Allies in energy efficiency, construction, or related sectors.
+ Proficiency and confidence in delivering engaging presentations and technical training to both large and small groups across a range of experience levels.
+ Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce strongly preferred.

**Pay Range:**
Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
