Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and the board of directors.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and nonprofit standards.
• Conduct financial analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
