Job Title: General Laborer

Overview

Hiring laborers to assist scaffold builders on construction and industrial job sites throughout the Phoenix area. This role includes material handling, scaffold assembly, site setup, and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with erecting and dismantling scaffolding
• Load, unload, and move scaffold materials
• Support daily job site setup and cleanup
• Use basic hand tools to assemble scaffold components
• Follow foreman direction and safety procedures
• Travel to job sites throughout the Phoenix area

Requirements

• Construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working at heights (20–60 feet)
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona conditions
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to use basic hand tools

Preferred

• Scaffolding experience
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Construction, industrial, or equipment experience

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
