Company Profile

• Review and analyze accounts to identify overdue payments
• Research client information and historical data on accounts
• Communicate with clients regarding delinquent accounts (phone, email, and written correspondence)
• Collect payments and process refunds when necessary
• Maintain accurate and up?to?date documentation of account status and collection activities
• Prepare reports on collection progress and present findings to management

Collections/Accounting Clerk (Bilingual) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail?oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Previous collections or administrative experience is a plus

Collections/Accounting Clerk (Bilingual) Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in collections, billing
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Empathetic and patient approach to difficult conversations
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance goals
