- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely, friendly follow-up
- Provide outstanding service by answering questions about insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate customers with a personalized, needs-based approach to insurance options
- Communicate clearly and efficiently to meet customer needs and help grow our business
- Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service
- Sales experience is a pluswhether in outside sales, retail, inside sales, or telemarketing
- Ready to earn your Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (well support you every step of the way!)
- Motivated to meet marketing goals and help customers find the right solutions
