Outside Sales Representative - Smart Home Security

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | $55K–$100K+ OTE

Sales Focus Inc., the pioneer in sales outsourcing, is hiring full-time Residential Sales Representatives on behalf of our client A3 Smart Home , a leading provider of home security and smart home solutions.

This is a W-2 full-time position offering base pay plus uncapped commission , providing both income stability and significant earning potential.

Compensation

• Base pay + uncapped commission

• On Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+ annually

• W-2 full-time employment

• Bi-Weekly pay

• Performance bonuses and incentives available

What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods

• Educate customers about A3 Smart Home security systems

• Identify customer needs and recommend the best security solutions

• Close sales and schedule installations

• Maintain a positive and professional presence in assigned territories

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Comfortable with face-to-face residential sales

• Reliable transportation

Sales experience is helpful but not required . We provide full training.
