Meet the team: This position plays a key role in supporting the L&D Quality Operations team at Dexcom Regional Distribution Center. This is a high-volume warehouse where everything from full truck loads to small parcels are distributed to internal and external customers. Where you come in: You will design, implement, and maintain the quality system according to written Dexcom policies and procedures. You will oversee Dexcom internal and third-party warehousing logistics operations. You will interact cross-functionally with Operations, Facilities, EHS, Finance, Supplier Quality Engineering, and other cross-site teams. What makes you successful: Candidate has a diverse knowledge of domestic and international Quality System Requirements and how they interact to provide quality guidance to other departments and companies. Proven track record with influencing others and building cross-functional business relationships. Takes the initiative to develop systems and processes that: improve product safety; increase product consistency and conformance to requirements; improve production efficiency; reduce operating and scrap costs. Communicates effectively to leadership and collaborates well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Has a working knowledge of statistical tools like six sigma, Gage R&D studies, process capability measurement tools (Cpk) and sampling plans. Has experience with NCMRs, CAPA, root cause analysis skills, and familiarity with Quality Systems Regulations 21CFR Part 820. What you'll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Travel Required: 0-25% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
